The issuance of OBD (Officer's Battle Dossier) Points occurs after every battle is registered as completed in the Department of Records. The long-term accumulation of these points is the goal of every fighting man within the Army of Northern Virginia. Battle scars, broken bones, and medals will be your reward for taking it to the Yankees in battle after battle.
